You may not have seen the important replay that shows the BYU guy head butting with his helmet on and then shoving Ifredi #97 who did not have a helmet on. Ifredi retaliated and that is when the fight started. Why would we start a fight when we just won the game. Only the sore losers wanted to start something and they did, but they did not finish it, we did.

Actuallly BYU was playing dirty the whole game, snatching helmets off, late hits etc, etc. They started the fight and I felt they were looking down at our program as if we wern't on their level.

GO TIGERS GO!!!

I have, over and over, it was a shove from a BYU player. We shouldn't have reacted but we did. But that's all we did was react to something they started.

Can you say, "Senior Leadership"? I'd go into battle with Alan Cross.

There will be Discipline handed down you can count on that.. Fuente will not forget about it in a week.. It doesn't matter who started it.. Anyone who isn't a senior that did something they shouldn't have will be Disciplined in some way form or fashion.. This came from a players Dad,which I know, who talked to Fuente after the game..Anyone who thinks Fuente will just let some of what happened just just fall to the wayside is sadly mistaken.. He will take care of it and in the meantime way to go Tigers, what a game!!

I was at the game and saw first hand what happened and how it all started. They started it and we finished it. BYU got everything they deserved. Maybe some of those BYU players need to go on those missions they go on and seek forgiveness for being the punk@sses they are....GO TIGERS!!!!

No doubt. Fuente will NOT look the other way on this. He insists on accountability from everyone. Those actively involved will answer for it. Extra running, etc. I don't see anyone being kicked off the team.

I also believe #68 and #94 Outing will be suspended by the NCAA for the Missouri State opener next year for their blatant actions. Likewise, I expect BYU to have #56 and that punk #12 suspended for their opener.

A moronic college football player stupidly removed his helmet during a brawl at the Miami Beach Bowl today ... and appeared to SWING IT at an opposing player.

The fight broke out at the end of the BYU vs. Memphis game ... after Memphis picked off a BYU pass to clinch the victory. Things got chippy and the benches cleared.

That's when Memphis player Chase Johnson (#68) removed his helmet and appeared to use it as a weapon -- swinging it at a BYU player.

The incident is eerily similar to a high school football game in Pennsylvania last year -- where officials PRESSED CHARGES against a player who allegedly swung his helmet at a kid from the other team.

We reached out to officials in Miami to see if any action will be taken in this particular case -- so far, no word back.
