One of my siblings is considering moving out of the state just because of their kids' education. Pretty embarrassing. I would also say NC is becoming pretty environmentally unconscious.

If you really care about the future of your kid(s) and have the capacity to do something about it? Yep, makes sense to me.

I don't think tobacco has much more of an environmental impact than other agriculture. As far as it being bad for people, we're not exactly on the endangered species list. We could do with a few less people, especially those not willing to look after their own health by not putting poison into their body (this coming from a long time tobacco user).

I could go on but I'll just start sounding more and more like a crazy person.

I didn't look at the map but if that is really what it has as the worst thing for Virginia, then it is basically saying Virginia is perfect.

What was the methodology for declaring that Minnesota has the most tornadoes? It isn't the most in number (that would be Texas) or the most per square mile (that would be Kansas, with Oklahoma a close second).

They used data from 2010 and in that year Minnesota had more than anyone else...

I think these are all per capita ratings. I could be wrong though.
