No source just my intuition. He didn't speak at today's graduation and he cancelled his speech at the Homewood Chamber of Commerce Meeting. I think his resignation could be before the next faculty senate meeting.

I hope you're right, but I think he's just hunkering down, biding time, hoping things will blow over.

He has accomplished his primary dirty work though, the murder of UAB football. He may be satisfied to smirk and squirm away with an, "Attaboy" from his puppet master.

He can't last much longer. He is clearly afraid to go out in public and has become toxic to local meetings. It is only a matter of time.

Just saw on Austin news she is mentioned for Texas job. Libs at UT will love that

You don't have to be evil incarnate to think the UA System only needs one football team (which is all that it has now).

My point is simply that you don't lobby for a candidate until you know for certain where that candidate stands on the issues that are important to you.

Oh, I know. Like I said in another thread, we need to stand on our legislators, and make it known we'll be watching the board and watching THEM watch the board and the next president MUST be someone the UAB community can rally around (read into that what you will).
