Marquis Godwin is another one to watch from the class of 2017, he holds an offer from ODU and has all of the big in-state schools after him

I really feel like if ODU can keep winning and get to the tournament, we have a team and coaching staff that can get out of the first weekend. That would be huge for recruiting these next few classes.

Do any of you folks know anything about John Cover at Grassfield? I understand he is a junior guard hitting about 19-20 a game.

Offers from Virginia and Wake Forest already.

All these big targets can't be for show, it would be a waste of resources. Eventually one needs to get reeled in.

Killeya-Jones is a high target, but our coaches were also keeping an eye on Blue Ridge's Scott Spencer, who is from Suffolk and played at Nansemond River before transferring there.

They would love to have a 6'10 skilled big to fail to develop for at least four years.

I should have also mentioned that SKJ's Virginia Episcopal teammate, Justice Kithcart also holds an ODU offer, so surely Richardson (I think that's who was there) was keeping an eye on him as well.

Simpkins is an impressive talent coming on late. Great size

No matter what happens, you gotta give our coaches some credit, they seem to be everywhere! Keep workin it guys, something big will happen!

Yes, I think he plays for the Team Loaded that EJ is coaching. As R8R mentioned, EJ's son, Nick, is also a pretty good recruit from the class of 2016.

Does EJ's Son carry the ball as much as EJ did? Good Lord, it was ridiculous. I have no idea why he was not called for palming each and every time.

EJ had a lot of bright moments but was never held responsible for his responsibility for the Culuko shot. Kevin Swann was in the game and we were up 19. EJ entered the game and kept turning the ball over...Ok, I guess I am still a bit bitter. :-)

Isn't Culukp in jail? Mixed up with the Jason William (not the Duke one). If so there's Karma.

Sorry, I just can't associate VCU and VT with talented teams/recruits.
