I have been watching the reaction from the players and some feedback i have gotten from some of the good guys/gals (advisers/staff) on campus. By no means do these players (both men and women) and others effected by this decision deserve this. It must be hell on so many fronts for these young adults.

I understand finals are next week. What they do not need right now is to get themselves screwed over by Watts a second time over this. It looks like that is what is happening and understandable so. We need to encourage them to balance their time between books and this fight. Just like losing this opportunity to play will impact them in the long run, failing classes will effect them too.

If you know players encourage them to fight on, let them know we love them, tell them we got their backs, but they have to take time to hit the books. Some of the money we have donated or put to athletics (in the past for now anyway) was to be used for scholarships so they could play and get an education.

If the admin had a heart they would delay/cxl finals for these players!
