MyBB It's not the Players
There has been one constant on all of these underachieving Pastner team. Everyone wants to blame the guards this year and last year the 4 kings weren't really kings and the year before that Adonis didn't step up, and before that Barton wasn't a team player. Through all of those excuses one thing remained the same Pastner was the coach.

We've had all these highly talented players that never played to their true potential here and we are still blaming the players? It's not their fault that thethey aren't being developed, and it's not their fault that this team has never ran an offense since Pastner has been the coach. He is the problem and he needs to go. Next year will be exactly the same the Lawsons will come in and not live up to their potential because they won't have anyone to develop them as players.

RE: It's not the Players
I have been saying that for about 1 year now. I am sick of tired of the staff BLAMING the players. Every single year it's a new player. It is not fair because I believe that genuinely the PLAYERS WANT TO PLAY HARD and generally do play hard. However, they have to be set up with teh proper system.

It is not fair to the players.

Clearly it's the system. It can't get any clearer.

RE: It's not the Players
Exactly what part of the system instructs the players to lose the ball by themselves dribbling down court unguarded Or to do a cross over dribble out front when you are closely guarded? Previous years we had a lot of outside influences whispering in the ears of the players. This year we just have players who come to the team with minimal fundamentals relying on having superior talent over others in high school.

Name one player on this year's team that would play meaningful minutes on last years teams except of course Shaq/Austin? Not defending Josh because he recruited this bunch.
