Oakland turns it over on a traveling violation.

Rockets answer and it's tied at 5.

Sorry but I love to see Kampe lose since he was the sixth man on the floor when BG beat Toledo as the refs missed the obvious technical and a BG player, Kampe IIRC, sneaked off the floor in time back in the late 70 s or so. Besides, why do you prefer Oakland to win the NCAA over Toledo?

Good question. I hadn't thought the post through well enough. My apologies.

Regarding the sixth man, I was at that game. But I don't blame Greg. That was on the officials. It's one of the responsibilities of the officials to count the number of players: how do they miss that?

Rockets have gone ahead 12-7.

UT turns it over.

Foul on Toledo. Mark didn't say who. Or at least I didn't catch it.

And then Hall is called for a foul. That's UT's second team foul.

And now a foul on Boothe.

Rockets get a steal. Lauf misses and Hall is fouled going for the rebound. That's the third on Oakland.

Hall rebounds his miss and scores. 14-7 UT.

Oakland answers and it's 14-9.
