2014
Led the team with 93 tackles … Also totaled 7.5 tackles for a loss, 4.0 sacks, five PBU’s, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
2015
61 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 2 forced fumbles
Luke has had a great career and I'm proud that he's part of the Tribe, but its fair to say's not having his best year to date. This was true before his knee injury. Good news is he can still go out on a high note by leading this defense on a playoff run.

I think Luke continue to play a very important role as the Team Leader/Motivator of the Defense. Also, the outstanding play of Fetters probably detracted from Luck's performance opportunities. And, I, too, have/had been wondering why Luke's name was not called as often as the season progressed.

I am really proud of what this team has accomplished so far this season. There is always the what if's and the should have's. Every team every level can point out times they wish they can do over.
This team has fought through injuries, found unexpected depth to reduce the impact of those injuries. They have played 11 straight games, and are playing with heart and guts.
I expect a great outcome Saturday in Richmond. When these guys needed to make plays they usually come up big. Good Luck tomorrow seniors. Let's take care of business and play a couple more games!

Hats off to WR Coach, Winston October. He really developed a few inexperienced receivers who contributed after Hart and Reeves were injured.

DeVonte is to go to guy in the group we knew what he could do coming into this year.
Kuzjak really stepped up his game, he ran great routes, showed good hands.
The surprise was Armstrong, a walkon redshirt freshman great routes, had some nice receptions, run blocked well, returned kicks and punts, even made tackles on kick off team.
Kinder is coming on, now settling in at WR this spring will help him.
Hart hopefully gets healthy this spring.

Agree, WR core looks great for next year. Hard to give kudos to a Spider after the way they have kicked us around, but October deserves credit.
David Carisle has not sniffed the field? he has the size.....

Not sure what's going on with Carlise, but if he can work his way up the depth chart this group will be stronger. He is a physical specimen.
October has done a great job.. I saw our receivers run very good routes. Blocking from this group also improved.coach did a great job in his second year.

Not a bad final ranking, Considering they began the season outside the top 25. Something to build on for 2016. Holes to fill on defense, but offense could be very productive.

RE: 2015 Tribe Football
I saw on Facebook the QB Club is holding their awards banquet on Sunday the 24th. I think this group does a great job recognizing and supporting this program and the individual players.
The one thing that impressed me about the 2015 team was their ability to have success with so many different players contributing. On both sides of the ball, players stepped up. Mikal gets slowed up, Kendell step in, Luke goes down, Fetters steps in, Haislip goes down, Lubnow steps up, Reeves goes down Kuzjak steps up. I could go on.
2015 created momentum to build on in 2016. Looking forward to see what the 2016 season brings our fans.

The awards banquet is open to all. It is apart of the membership but Non Members are we but, are required to pay $25 for a delicious steak dinner cooked over charcoal by some of Williansburg's finest ....

Near the end of the article, "The title may very well again be decided in the Spiders' regular-season finale with William & Mary, which fields potentially the league's most explosive offense and hosts next season's annual grudge match."
Should be a very exciting year in 2016 on the offensive side of the ball.

Not worried at all about the offense with the likes of Cluley, Anderson, Dedmon, Caskin, Armstrong, and the starters and contributors on the OL.
The defense lost impact players, and with the more porous play at season end, that is a concern. Finally, some scheme changes?? Can we not play the CB's so far off the line?? The Duquense game film should be in play.

I think the same was said of the offense coming into 2015, especially the receiving corps. That group ended up holding their own. I bet the same happens on the defensive side.

I hope so, if the defense can gel, with the expected offensive production, it could be a fun year. We miss 'Nova but pick up Maine.
