We had great coverage tonight and Gary Sanders was really on his game for about 10 minutes it seemed. David Crane is expected to be on tomorrow night during the 6:30 - 7PM time slot. Showed highlights of the City Council meeting also.

They are taking twitter comments also and highlighted a couple from Blazer Fans, including Mr Ensign.

Yep, it was good to see him and Sport did a great job, for the most part. However, Gary fumbled the ball when he talked about Coach Bryant and son. He could have said something kinda nice when he brought them up, but no. Why is it no one connected to UAB can ever say something nice about this family? You may not like them, but the way to get beyond the fight is to act like you think they're ok. You may not think much of them, but common sense should tell you to be nice when you're in public, lest you draw their ire.

I agree.

We've done a pretty good job of avoiding the UAB vs. BAMA angle because the situation actually isn't us vs. them. It's UAB vs. a few powerful puppet masters with a petty agenda. Many of us have reminded each other repeatedly to avoid negative comments about Bama, and for the most part, we have.

We need to keep pushing forward without spewing Bama hate, especially in public.

By not saying anything negative he said the nicest thing anyone could say about those pieces of fecal matter. Everyone has done a great job about not making it UAB vs UAT. I understand that Gary knows everything as he and Gene were very close so I would cut Gary some slack there.
