Rothstein Q&A with Temple's Coach Dunphy
Quote: CBSSports.com: It was a transitional year for your program last season as you moved to the AAC from the Atlantic 10. What was the biggest difference in facing teams in the league you play in now --- especially the teams that finished in the top of the conference standings?

Dunphy: I think the strength of the top of the conference was extraordinary. Louisville was in the league last year and we played them twice. We played UConn twice and they obviously won the whole thing. Memphis had a real good year. Cincinnati had a real good year and SMU was really good as well. Those five teams were just so extraordinary and we didn't fare very well against Houston either. They were good too. It was really a tough year for us. We needed to be healthy and almost perfect to have a chance and we didn't get that done.

RE: Rothstein Q&A with Temple's Coach Dunphy
Temple will be back. Dunphy is a great x and o coach, and it looks like he really stepped up his game in recruiting. Excited to share a conference with the Owls. Let's play some Northeast basketball. 04-cheers
