insomnia
Just stayed up all night for the first time that was not my choice. Miserable.

Already called in sick for the afternoon. Doubt I would make it through the day which stinks because I had a fun day planned and wanted to fish after work.

Any curse/remedies? And I already had sex before this all started and that didn't work. At least not falling asleep everything worked fine.

RE: insomnia
Melatonin? Usually works for me.

However, when I take it I don't read, do the Ipad, or watch television. Nor do I go to bed. I basically lay on the couch, contemplate my day, and bore myself to being tired. After about ten minutes I go to bed and wait for the Melatoinin to kick in.

It's all natural, but it's not something you should use every night.

They come in 5 and 10mg. 5 works better for me. 10mg of Melatonin gives me Weird dreams. Now, if you are into weird dreams, maybe that is not a bad thing!

I often wake up middle of night and then have trouble going back to sleep. I've learned to just relax and rest. You can rest without sleeping. Eventually you will sleep.

Watch EMU home games football off ESPN3 on your TV. The meshing of their gray turf & gray jerseys will put you to sleep.
