Well he better hurry up and leave Louisiana because Troy wants to make a announcement by December 1st which is only 30 days away... We might could hire him before coach Hud even announces he's leaving.

I really don't think our coach is leaving, but you never know.

No, I actually didn't even see your post till just now...

But to answer your question, he is a excellent recruiter. Even at ole miss he did a good job recruiting. That's one reason why Houston nutt had great success at first until those recruits left.

He did an excellent job taking over the USC program... If we could get him some good assistants and with his recruiting I believe we would have a good situation. Make no mistake about it he will land a HC job somewhere soon. And if he has success at Troy if hired he would likely take a bigger job in a couple years.

We are hurting in the recruiting department bad, and a hire like Ed Orgeron would likely turn a lot of national attention to Troy in a good way.

But that's all my opinion.
