Here are the averages per team with number of home games in parentheses so far:

Ark. St. (3) --- 28,163
Louisiana (5) -- 26,802
App. St. (4) --- 24,694
Texas St. (4) -- 22,418
Ga. Southern (4)--22,306
South Alabama (4) -- 19,951
Troy (4) --- 17,985
ULM (4) --- 17,749
Ga. State (5) --- 15,145
NMSU (4) -- 14,325
Idaho (4)-- 13,974


This weeks's home games:
Ga. Southern at Texas St.
South Alabama at Ark. St.
ULM at App. St.
Louisiana at NMSU
Ga. State at Troy

I imagine ours will drop some. The Sunbelt[/font] did a great thing by putting half of our home schedule in November.

And leaving a full month plus between the Monroe home game on Oct 4th, and the South Alabama game on Nov 8th.

Oh well, at least 3 of our last 4 are at home.

An advantage for the team but not the fans.

TXST still has a Thursday night game against our other expected well attended conference game. So instead of a 25k or so crowd for stAte it'll be under 20k like UL.

We are almost done at home. We have Troy Thursday night and then last home game in a month-- the Saturday after Thanksgiving vs. ULM. Only 5 home games for us this year. I would be very surprised if we can maintain our 23,600 plus average with these last 2 home games.

How much did GaSt's avg increase after this past Saturday? EDIT: I found a previous number of 11,825 not sure if I missed a week somewhere, but if that was it prior to our game with them that's a 28% increase in one week.

I think our avg drops a bit this week. We will probably only get 20k for the Thursday night game. And then the Saturday game after thanksgiving will hurt as well, unless we are in a position to win the conference outright, then we may get a decent turnout.

We will take over the top spot easily after Saturday and probably for the remainder. Tuesday game dropped us a bit but we have perfect forecast for homecoming this Saturday against southal on a 3 game win steak and 2 good looking performances on national tv. Should be around 32k...maybe more if southal can travel a couple thousand.

I would love to see GS get 30k fans to a game.

Texas State and Navy should pull Ladd-Peebles (USA) attendance up considerably.

I see Navy, but just being honest... I wouldn't think we'd draw great. We haven't done anything in the global landscape of college football.

Yes Ga. State's average went from 11,000 plus to over 15,000 with the game this past Sat. vs. GS.

A lot will depend on how they fair against ULL and Ark. State on the road, I would think. If they split they could get a decent crowd against TXST. Should they win both, look out.

Isnt Navy Thanksgiving weekend? That's going to hurt attendance.

Updates attendance thru Troy/Ga. Southern game of 10/30. Our average dropped as predicted last night. 1 home game left vs. ULM on Sat after Thanksgiving. It will drop again I am afraid.

93% attendance!!!

very pleased to see we're averaging near 25k despite the fact that we've had terrible weather for every game so far. the team is playing lights out and early forecasts call for nice weather this coming saturday for black satuday. hoping for a huge crowd
