CBS Sports Preview
Just saw this posted on CBS:
http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketba...w-big-east

1 Villanova
2 Georgetown
3 Xavier
4 St John's
5 Creighton
6 Providence
7 Marquette
8 Seton Hall
9 DePaul
10 Butler

thought a few interesting things-
from a coach:
"We need to get five teams in [to the NCAAs], year in and year out. There is a level our conference is recruiting at right now. It's a very high libel. In the 2014 class, we were second among signing top-100 guys. This year's a big year for us. It's just that non-conference scheduling. We've gotta beat the Big Ten, SEC, ACC schools and dodge the obstacles. For example, Georgetown: Their backcourt last year was as good as any team in the league. They lost Josh Smith at semester, lost a kid who got kicked out of school in the fall. That's what they were missing."

number-
4.7: The average amount of coaching years in the Big East for the 10 coaches with their current teams. It's not a conference of newbies, but there is still not a group of vets here. College hoops is a coach's game, and the league will need to give rise to a few stars in the next five years.

RE: CBS Sports Preview

yeah 4-8 definitely seem to be the wildcards.

Think also it'll be interesting to see Butler. They maybe seem to be the biggest unknown entering this year.
