I am not ready to give up the season. Bearcats pull it together and wins 42-35

I actually look for some improvement this week; the Bearcats will step up their game for a recognized P5 opponent. The 'Canes aren't what they once were but Miami (FL) is still an elite tradition, winning more national championships the past 30 years than the entire B10 conference. It's a great stadium and I expect the 'Cats to make some inspired plays on both sides of the ball.

With all that said, it's hard to imagine Gunner will play two days from now. Take away the long ball and it's hard to imagine winning what many of us thought pre-season could be a signature victory.

I actually think we manage to pull out a win this weekend. We had a Memphis team who wasn't supposed to be much this year sandwiched between our two biggest games of the season, and by the looks of it Memphis isn't a bad team this year. This is a toughness test for these guys. They can take their ball and go home or sack up and bring it this weekend, and I think they will do the latter.
