That's the type of stat that should have an AD sweating for his job.

RE: JMU @ Albany predictions
It's obvious that our Womens' Teams are much more successful than our Mens' Teams.
Millions of dollars spent on facilities and coaches have not changed the dynamic.

Do we have any women who can kick a football farther than -14 yards?

I predict:

SUNY Albany 38
JMU 13

Albany beat 2-3 Holy Cross,14-13, on a 79 yard fumble recovery for a td with 44 seconds left in the game.Holy Cross had 440 yards of offense, while holding Albany to 263 yards. Three more wins over teams with a combined record of 2-9. No PURPLE Kool-aid needed here. The Dukes will roll over Albany. Go Dukes!!!

RE: JMU @ Albany predictions
Albany's Defense is very small.

If we are not able to run for a very significant amount of yards against them, it will be very disappointing. But we have already seen a small defense give us fits in Lehigh.

I think we win but this still leaves me not impressed with our new coaching staff.

JMU 35
Albany 27

Albany Game Notes
Weather forecast has been worsening; steady rain in the afternoon, hope it breaks to just showers by game time.

Dukes play 4 quarters and win 42 to 10. Vad leads running game attack and defense decides to play from first series to last series!!

To the posters suggesting we hold Albany to 2 TDs or less...what have you been smoking?

I think we win, but we'll give up 450+ yards and 28 pts. We've done that for pretty much every opponent.

I have been to every game this year and watched in disbellef and witnessed all our screw ups. I have also seen some..... good Duke Play! I can't go to this game but think Dukes will want to set their record straight this week! It would be about time the whole team plays a whole game!!

The fact that we've gotten to a point where this is even debatable is just terribly sad.

Looks like it's going to be a rain game. I don't really know who that favors. On paper you'd say them but you never know with these things. Hopefully we're more physical up front. They haven't really played anybody yet. I agree it's sad that people might be saying the same thing about them after today.

RE: JMU @ Albany predictions
It should be a good thing if passing is limited although Fiacci is equally inept passing as is Vad Lee. Both of them are near the bottom of the conference for accuracy. However, Vad Lee is much more of a running threat.

CAA leading rushing teams
#1 Albany 5.2 yards/carry
#2 JMU 5.1 yards/carry

should be fun to watch the big boys on the line determine the game.
