Which QB should start for LSU?
Against Miss St:
Anthony Jennings - 13/26, 157 yds, 6.0 avg, 0 TD 0 INT
Brandon Harris - 6/9, 140 yrds, 15.6 avg, 2 TD 1 INT (on hail mary pass)
*Harris entered the game with 3:28 left IIRC
Against New Mexico State:
Anthony Jennings - 2/5, 11 yrds, 5.5 avg, 0 TD 2 INT & 1 fumble
Brandon Harris - 11/14, 178 yds, 12.7 avg, 5 TD (2 of those were rushing TDs) 0 INT
*Harris played on 7 series and led LSU to a score on all 7 possessions.

RE: Which QB should start for LSU?
Anthony Jennings looked terrible in the first quarter of New Mexico State

Brandon Harris has the better "chest" to play big time football...

I missed it last night, but he was FINALLY named starter and will be making the start of his life Saturday night at Jordan-Hare stadium... Man I hope he's not too nervous because if anyone can lead this team, it's him.

Do you think he can lead LSU to a revenge win over Ole Miss? He's got his work cut out for him.

Yes, and Alabama too. BUT, the big question mark is with our defense. Harris can scramble away when he's under pressure, and he can throw a 50 yard bullet with pinpoint accuracy on the run, but without a good defense, he won't be able to carry the team as far as he needs to. Not with the schedule we're about to face.

I can relate to defensive problems. Boy, can I ever.

Exactly, and Clint Trickett is a damn good QB. A little more defense and that game was yalls.

A few less dropped passes would have done the trick. Although you probably noticed 'bama had to resort to trick plays to keep up in the first half. That made my day.
