Do you think Being on a tether will slow Rawls down?

The Rockets had a defensive scheme for Ball State's Edwards who had 125 yards rushing….but BSU was not really in serious contention. Rawls will get his yards, barring injury.

While I think the Rockets will win, this will be a bigger test than Ball State was, imo. Chips get 2 of their offensive weapons back = more challenges for our D, and if Hunt can't/shouldn't play tomorrow, while we do have other very capable backs, we aren't quite the same without Hunt. Hope to see our passing game bounce back from the so-so result against Ball State. If this one comes down to a field goal, I sure hope we've worked out the kinks that have haunted us so far this season.

I believe the Rockets are going to attempt to power the football offensively. Didn't we do that to them last year? Same line, same, fullback, same TE, same fleet of backs. When they over commit, make them pay with the pass. I could be totally wrong on this but it will be fun to find out.

"exhibition season against the strongest non-conference schedule in the MAC."

Chattanooga, Purdue, Syracuse, Kansas...not exactly powerhouses

Kansas's QB was a converted WR. He was awful, and they still put 24 on them.

As for Rawls, it's an embarrassment to the league that this clown is even on the field. Do the league a favor. Lead with your helmets and go for his knees.

WMU 2014 MAC CHAMPS
WINNINGEST TEAM IN THE MAC WEST FOR TEN YEARS RUNNING
MOST MAC WEST TITLES OF ANY MAC TEAM
11-1 last 5 years vs. their MAC rival
MOST POST SEASON APPEARANCES OF ANY MAC WEST TEAM

Four of five starters return from a MAC Championship team
LET THE "CHAMPIONSHIP CULTURE" CONTINUE

What have you been smoking? Oh, we're not even talking about football there - I get it now.

RE: CMU Game Preview - My View
With Rawls playing + Davis being in the game --- look out. Toledo's D needs to shore up -- which in no way am I saying "like WMU", as our D will cost us here against VaTech.

But CMU is DANGEROUS with both in the game. The difference between THUMPING Purdue and losing to pathetic Kansas.

If the MAC beats up on each other (we already have WMU rising up to normalcy again finally -- that's enough for me) -- it'll make our conference look even worse, given our dropped games in OCC (CMU Stomped by Syracuse at home; CMU losing to Kansas; BGSU staunchly stomped @W. Ky; Kent getting laughed out of OSU while OSU is still figuring things out; Buffalo being like a 3 year old against Baylor at home; NIU getting Torched by Arkansas who couldn't win an SEC game last year but is decent this year; Toledo being squashed very easily by Cinci who Miami-OH went down to the wire with; Miami-OH losing 16-straight + losing to D1AA; BSU losing to D1AA and also blowing game against Iowa in which their D was great but their O couldn't do squat).

Make things more defined. Beat CMU.
