The 4 year review is irrelevant now. The BEast should have no problem there. The ACC might, if this year's trend continues.

This is because of UofL's Final BCS ranking of #10 in 04', and UofL's Final BCS ranking of #6 in 06'; not because of Pitt's Final BCS ranking of #21 in 04', and WV's Final BCS ranking of #11 in 05'.
