Why didn't you go with the 2014 list? Oh yeah, cause Memphis isn't on it.
Because it's now going by air pollution. Memphis, however, is still trashy.

Trying to think but off the top of my head aren't Indianapolis, San Diego, Jacksonville and St. Lake City examples of large cities under Republican leadership?
