I think i know football, and that had me scratching my head.

I've watched football for nearly 40 years and I don't remember seeing a blocked extra point that turns into a 1-point conversion.

Apparently there was one in the Oregon game yesterday as well.

I remember hearing about it happenings a few years ago - don't remember who, what, where, when, why, but I remember hearing it.

I think the NCAA put that rule in over twenty years ago. That so many don't even know about it shows what a rare play it is.

Of course in the NFL only the offense can score on a conversion try.

Funny. Even the ref's weren't too sure about the ruling . ....
