Week 5 ESPN Bowl Projections (a new mention)
Still too early but fun to see anyway.
McMurphy:
New Orleans Utah St vs ULM
Camelia Toledo vs Georgia St (yep you read that right)
Go Daddy Bowling Green vs Ark St
Schlabach:
New Orleans Air Force vs ULM
Camelia Akron vs Ark St
Go Daddy Ohio vs ULL
Have fun discussing.

ULM still getting picked in the NO Bowl because they are winning the league right now. ESPN just has no idea how the SBC Bowl Tie ins work.
McMurphy is still an idiot, and I am surprised that Schlabach still has ULL finishing 2nd after all this.

What? It is nice being considered, but we've only finished the drill once so far. Need a few more before I start thinking about a trip to Montgomery.

There's no way he confused Georgia Southern's performance with Georgia State's eligibility...

McMurphy doesn't care. Schlabach probably still has them as 2nd because nobody in the SBC is really showing anything and they still have the talent and still get us at home.
It's very hard to perform on the blue field. Ole Miss is an SEC team and the SBC doesn't have a great history there. That leaves LaTech...which is a weird rivalry game and those you just never know about.

I do think if ULM is bowl eligible and ULL isn't then ULM gets the NOLA Bowl being another Louisiana team.

Cajun fans... You can answer this:
Assuming you are bowl eligible, would the Cajuns want to go to say... the Independence Bowl over the NOLA bowl given the frequency that you guys have been there? (this also assumes opponent in both bowls is of... equal stature)

Schlabach also has Old Dominion listed for a bowl game and they're ineligible this year.

In fairness, a lot of people are misinformed about ODU. Them announcing in 2012 but not beginning the transition until 2013 threw people off.

Agreed. But those little tidbits should be no problem from "The World Wide Leader In Sports".

"The World Wide Leader In Sports" actually translates to "We cover pro sports, Lane Kiffen, ND, Oregon, FSU, OU, SEC, and controversies"

Thats why I cant stand to watch ESPN most days. I would rather watch the MLB network, NFL network, or NBATV. Atleast they talk about all the teams instead of just big market teams or stories that dont matter.
