Not all teams have played a home game yet (i.e. UCF).
The UConn attendance average through 3 games is 29,597, with the Stong Brook game being the only game with attandence below 30,000.
Hopefully UConn, and everyone who has room to grow in the AAC, continues to improve and increase its "advantage" over the others. Perception tends to mean more in NCAAF than reality so this could be an easy win for the AAC in the perception catagory.
Away game this coming weekend. Attendance henceforth depends greatly on outcome of aO$U game. Blowout aO$U win; attendance might be low 30s upper 20s from there on out. Close aO$U win; low to mid 30s, maybe a tad higher. UC win; mid to upper 40s, WAY outside shot at 50k.
Yay for Cincinnati sports fans! If it isnt about your former highschool, your loyalty goes as far as the current winning streak. Literally the only thing I dont like about this city -EDIT TO THIS SENTENCE- besides Xavier of course.

The away attendance for the AAC is over 43,000 which pretty good. Obviously that number jumps when teams from the conference play high attendance P5 teams. Four teams from the conference average over 57K.

God...that press box is PRIME for a renovation. Cincinnati should give you guys their architect in exchange for a second basketball game every year.
You no like the double-wide in the sky!? I love Dowdy Ficklen but that thing is an eye sore and I'm being kind. Its great on the in inside, but damn I hope they do something with it soon....

It is an eye sore. Patience, conference mates. We have legislative approval from the State of North Carolina for an addition and renovation. I have not heard of a time table, but the approval was recently (within the past year) extended.
Several years ago, prior to the end zone expansion, a poll was distributed to Pirate Club members to gauge the acceptance of suites to be constructed in the end zone. That idea was scrapped and we ended up with 7,000 seats in the end zone that is now our student section.
There have been no renderings, that I'm aware of, but I have heard that the new expansion will include suites and press along the south side; as well as meeting rooms, academic support rooms, etc. It is unknown whether an upper deck above that will be included, but I'm feel confident that whatever is constructed there will be designed to accommodate a future upper deck above it.
We'll take our time and get it right. For now, our double-wide in the sky will have to do.

True...but Cinci is doing a MASSIVE renovation that will take them 1 year and 8 months to complete...as Cinci has a NFL Stadium just down the road which gave them the ability to do this project and not miss any "home games".
Maybe ECU could do a much smaller suites/press box project than Cinci so they can complete it during the off-season.
