Huskies need some work, but these are the character building games. They got worn down, had no answer for the big WRs except for some breaks on D - that end zone INT late in the game was key.

It will take some guys recovering from injuries and some guys getting better in a hurry, to win the MACC. Possible, but reading all the positive articles lately, we seem to be getting ahead of ourselfs.

NIU has been lucky with injuries so far, lets hope that continues (knock on wood). NIU still owns the 4th quarter. Some coaching and mental mistakes by players out there could have very well cost NIU this game. Good close out in the 4th though! NIU will return to dekalb 3-1 which far far exceeded by 1-3 expectation

I'd understand if he stood over the guy (especially if he were hurt) and did it, but he turned to his teammates and did a gesture. I don't see why that should affect the outcome a game. It's dumb.

I agree. They've gone WAY overboard with the calls on excessive celebration.

Are you capable of being anything besides a patronizing douche?

Taking out Hare was DUMB. Whether it actually impacted the flow of the game is questionable, but the decision itself is more than ok to call into question. Hare played great besides an overthrow or two. They threw zero passes with Maddie. It was a cute, unnecessary move.

The backup is only one play away from being needed. I like giving him an occasional series and not just in garbage time.

Of course I expected it... Just not that early in the 3rd...
I would've liked to have seen Hare do one/ two more series (with a TD OR two for us) & then out in Maddie for mop-up.
That has been protocol for the most part during our Harnish/ Lynch-era

How do you have conduct a post game interview and not ask about the condition of TLL or Akeem?

Carey is only responsible for 3 of our 6 all time wins against the B1G! He sucks!
