RE: 9/13 MAC games thread
Franklin is clearly the leader for FOY award as of now. His stats are just silly through two games.

Not a MAC game but how the heck is Purdue within 16 points of TSISB, with only 4 minutes left in the game? And Purdue is threatening to score.

There is no transitive property in college football.

You don't know how ND practiced this week, how they schemed the game. They may have been preparing for another opponent.

Crazy 3 weeks in college football this year, IMO. Lots of parity. Parity within midwest, but it's mostly bad.

Miami may still be bad, but it's refreshing to see us bad in a conventional way as opposed to last year's abomination

The win vs UMass last year was at their place.
Hoping he can get the first home win next weekend. Franklin should be able to run all over Murray St.

You'd think that with so few wins, I'd have remembered that. D'OH! 03-banghead

Very similar to how Akron felt in Bowden's first year. Still went 1-11, but we improved significantly in every way and even improved by 16 points per game. A 16ppg increase year-to-year would make headlines if it happened to a larger program.

Tough week for MAC football. 3-9 record.

Toledo whumped by Cincinnati; The Bulls beat by the Bears; The flagship loses by 30. Kent Roosevelt HS loses to Ohio State. The Cardinals lose to a FCS.
