I am quoting this now, and while I don't necessarily think its that funny, certain info leads me to believe a UAB fan may cause a little youtube entertainment in a few years. Hopefully someone on here knows who this is in real life and can make sure and remind them of this in the future.

We can win the remaining games. Arkansas is the game that will put us in a new light. Of course, we could stumble or have a bunch of injuries in key positions. But, after the performance against MSU in the second game of the season with a new staff and many players from a 2-10 season, I believe special things can happen this year. GO BLAZERS!!!

One thing that concerns me is our best plays came on long bombs, and we served notice to our future opponents to look out for the long bomb.

On some of the long bombs, we just flat out ran them.

Most teams will not have any faster db's than what the Moos had.

Maybe so but that might help the running game. Gets one or two more defensive guys out of the box.

The long pass threat loosens up the secondary which means that if we can pop a run through the DL and LBs, they have to come up to meet the runner in their secondary. I doubt the coming opponents will feel confident enough to commit to a ten or 11 man front for that reason (see Va Tech vs OSU). When we get to play teams "our own size", we may be able to have a very good running game for that reason.

Yeah- I like that we have the talent to attack in multiple ways: Ground gains, short passes, long bombs. Just like Smaug said, the defenses have to pick something, and whatever they don't choose, we HIT.

I understand your concern. Week One, our best plays came from the running game, and we served notice to our future opponents to look out for our RB's who both rushed for over 100 yards.

Great to finally have a staff that can recognize that and takes what they give us!
