-WVU (previously 15th) might move up to the #12-#13 range. They were 15th & they'll pass RU and hopefully Arkansas. Passing Ark is questionable. Also, they'll see a big computer boost, likely letting them jump VT.

Rutgers is harder to call, but should stay Top 20. They were 13th, so you're probably looking at upper teens.

Three top 20 teams is just what we needed this season.

And the bottom of the league is actually pretty decent (unfortunately I'm all too familiar with it)
