The CRRRIIIIEEESSS Heard in Hatiesburg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude I was in Hatiesburg once. Couple years back. Missisippi sucks dude. First I went to a rest stop, a note on the urinal said "BJ?? Tap foot." And a dude's foot was leaning under the stall next to my urinal. And then Hatiesburg (what, is it Satan's second home?) They kicked me and my dudes out the bar before 2 on a Friday. Bullspit I tells ya. We were driving from Mammoth Cave en route to Brooklyn, Miss to do some hiking. And we had to be treated most ungenerously. BW3 in Hattiesburg blows big time, though I did enjoy the collegiate atmosphere while I was there. Is that BW3 close to campus? I just remember hearing the Bearcats game on 700 against Miami and we beat 'em, b ut wasn't confirmed until we sat dowb at the bar.

So THAT's the reason you went back there on 3 straight days.

Not that there is anything WRONG with that...but thanks for letting everyone know what team you "hit" for.

Sorry, you're correct, I did spell it wrong. I meant Hadesburg.

Oh, btw, the hiking sucked balls. It was in Desoto Natl' Forest near Brooklyn, Miss. We shoulda known something was up, when we went into the Park Ranger's office and told them our plans, and they were all, "hiking? Here? Ok, but it's deer season." So much logging, and the trails blew, and twas no scenery. Mississippi, the armpit of the United States. Bunch a jerks, then we get pulled over and busted for a little bit of grass along the Natchez Trace.

We were profiled like a mofo. Three dudes with long hair, they must be holdin'. My dumb ass let's him check the car. You live and you learn. Let's just say that was one long car ride home. Better than the slammer I guess.

Sorry but I don't agree with the thread starters assessment of Mississippi. I travel alot in my business and I can tell you some of the finest people in this great nation reside in the Magnolia State. I have been made feel welcome anytime I visit the state. To ridicule an entire state because a particular athletic program that you don't care for calls the place home is foolish.

Wow. Somebody didn't read this thread at all. It's funny, because I didn't mention So. Miss at all. All I can say, is that my experience in Miss. wasn't a memorable one. Though Driving thru Biloxi was cool.
