Of course it depends on the various reasons for dismissal and how good the player is ---

You don't want the kids Strong is dismissing. Will lose respect for Fuente if he goes that route.

Care to elaborate? I have no idea about the reasons surrounding their dismissals. I am okay with taking kids who had their share of problems, like Geron Johnson and then others I would not want any Tiger program associated with them, like a Dorial Green Beckam.
