If Rice was tackling today the game would still be tied. I'm as frustrated watching their missed tackles as I would be if they were wearing green and had C-picks on their helmets.

The frustrating thing about this game is that Rice was very close to making this a struggle. They just couldn't make any of the key plays, while ND made them all.
