Somehow the Golden Knight fan seems to think that we'll be worse off with Petrino than we were with Strong. Guess he's unaware of Petrino's overall body of work, let alone his 41-9 record during his last stint at Louisville. Can't blame him though. UCF fans have only been watching college football for how long now? Handful of years...

Petrino is a great coach. Just needs to stay away from motorcycles.

They lost a lot of close games, in fairness to Temple. This year might surprise you all in the AAC.

At the end of the year? When Vandy is 2-10 and Temple is 4-8? AAC still takes the win from this game.

As always, the rest of the season matters. ECU's game against SC is big, so is UCF at Missouri. Memphis at Ole Miss looks about like Vandy-Temple going in. ETc. If Vanderbilt is the AAC's only win over the SEC, they won't be crowing about it. If the AAC is at or close to .500 against the SEC this year, that Vandy game counts for something.

Yes. There would be a genuine conference network jinx going if the first non-conference games on the mtn. and Pac 12 networks were upsets as well.
