John Hughes just signed a 4 year 14 million dollar contract with the Browns. Congrats!

Trent Cole signed a 2 year deal with the Colts.

RE: Tracking NFL Bearcats
ESPN lists 21 Bearcats on NFL training camp rosters, although I already found one not listed (Eric Lefeld) - who unfortunately just got cut today by the Falcons.

Here is the list on the first big NFL cut down day (not all teams have announced yet).

Eric Lefeld - Falcons (Cut today)
Blake Annen - Bears
Connor Barwin - Eagles
Camaron Beard - Jags (Cut today)
Armon Binns - Chiefs
Tyreek Burwell - Chargers
Brent Celek - Eagles
Trent Cole - Colts
Sean Hooey - 49ers
Kevin Huber - Bengals
John Hughes - Browns
Travis Kelce - Chiefs
Jason Kelce - Eagles
Jeff Linkenbach - Dolphins
Jeff Luc - Dolphins
Ricardo Mathews - Chargers
Isaiah Pead - Rams
Adrien Robinson - Giants
Kenbrell Thompkins - Raiders
Mike Windt - Chargers
George Winn - Lions
Derek Wolfe - Broncos

Let us know any updates or other information as you follow the next couple of weeks.

By the way, top earner this year among the above appears to be Connor - at a cool $7 mil. Trent Cole is only a few hundred thousand short of that.

If I had to guess, with the production Zach Zenner has had for the Lions, George Winn will probably be on the chopping block here soon.

I would guess that Isaiah Pead's days are number at STL too.

With Mason going down and another RB suspended for the first 4 games on the Rams roster, that probably saved Pead until the season started, unfortunately for him, if he was going to get released, I would think he'd want a little lead time with his new team (because he'll definitely get picked up) before the season started.

You know, looking back at Pead...you have to wonder why the heck Kelly decided to burn his redshirt for the '08 season, given that Ramsey and Goebel were the clear #1 and #2 and he had Scott Johnson as a last ditch should he have needed it. Sure that would've wiped out the Winn season, but with Pead I have a feeling we could've legitimately run the table in 2012.

Has he done anything in the NFL? I know he's been injured, but even the few runs you can find on youtube make him look indecisive and timid.

He's been a bust relative to his draft position. Just didn't seem to have the fire or drive he had at UC. Had some off-field practice issues and a suspension or two and really struggled to adjust to the NFL (and perhaps having money in his pocket).

Well, he had a motivation problem at UC also. The coaching staff had to light a fire under his butt to get him to realize his potential.

Pat did graduate from UC if I remember correctly. That's why he got to play immediately at Miami. Jeff Luc and Brandon Underwood were straight up transfers.

Yep, he had a real chance to make that team as they were in desperate need of linebackers, but 2 other undrafted guys played much better than he did.
