The 5 hole
I'm not concerned about how the center spot plays out because it is what it is.

Some combination of Drake, Kellen and Mario with the outside possibility of Deng will fill that role.

I dont know much about Drake other than he is left handed and plays below the rim. We know Kellen is a catch and shoot type. Mario is someone who can provide the speed SW offered in getting up and down the floor and a little range to go with posting up. His best asset maybe his passing/decision making.

All three must defend without fouling and rebound or they sit. The primary competitors in the league will have effective 5's. One way to combat the other 5's presence on the floor is to get them into foul trouble.

Someone who can effectively PICK then pop can help put pressure on that 5 forcing a def decision. Someone who can effectively use either hand around the basket having drawn contact can do the same. Add to that the ability move to open space and not hesitate to hit the 10-15' jumper AND then fake that shot to drive with one or no dribbles to finish can put pressure on that 5. Limiting the opposing 5 isnt limited to that 5 needing to have a poor night himself.

The 5 hole
I have a feeling that we will see Avery playing the 5 at times. Unless Drake is the real deal and can give us 25 mins per game
