All the reports from the media have been speculation without any facts. Same goes for the commentary here. However, what we do know is:

1. Brown is guilty of committing a Strong Arm Robbery prior to him assuming room temperature.

2. The Officer has a stellar record with in the police department.

So based on that info he's guilty? I know a guy who took credit for the murder of someone who never got prosecuted, never had a defense lawyer, never had a trial and never had a conviction. But killing him was something he was proud of. Yep, Obama killed OBL and no one is calling him a murderer.

I didn't see it posted on here yet. But the convenience store that was announced as having been robbed by Brown? It get trashed and looted last night. It must've been the store owner's fault that Brown robbed it.

And this is exactly how neighborhoods and cities devour themselves. See Detroit as a case study. Businesses are already nervous investing in areas with a high crime rate. Then some incident - usually race and cop related and fanned by the media - sparks a riot where stores are looted and ransacked.

Businesses, along with law-abiding residents of all races, pack up their bags and head for the suburbs, leaving the lowest and most crime-ridden rung of society back in its wake. The resulting high unemployment rate (due to businesses reluctant to invest) fuels the cycle even more as community leaders blame capitalism, the "system," etc.

BHO has never thrown a punch in his life, much less kill anyone.

Now Slaps are a different thing.

Fit, you are being very coy. You have not come out directly and called him a first-degree murderer, but you've hinted at it every way possible without saying it in so many words. It's kind of like the Susan Rice Benghazi TV appearances--leave yourself an out so you have deniability, at the same time you make it perfectly clear what message you are trying to convey. I'm not denying that I think I already know how this is all going to go down. It's like watching a movie. Don't you ever try and guess how it's going to end? I might be wrong but so might everyone else. Whomever says they haven't formed an opinion is lying.

I haven't made up my mind because so far there haven't been many facts. Unlike Fit, I need to know more than the skin color of the shooter and the victim before I can call it first degree murder. My gut feeling at this point would be that everyone involved is wrong and we need a less militarized police force. But again, those are extrapolations from very few facts.
