who was the override request from?

They probably won't publish that ever. They typically don't. Even in 2011 when the FCoA scholarship was rebuffed, only a partial list of override requests was ever published. But that was a bit weird because they only got enough requests to put it to a vote, but then never actually put it to a vote. It died in committee.

That said, the Ivy League and CAA voted against it in the BoD. It wouldn't surprise me if a few FCS schools put in override requests.
