Attended the Final Scrimmage Game last night, and while the first scrimmage was defense first and big time hitting, this scrimmage was full of offense. The Offense came out strong, putting up two TD's with the first string, and running the ball good. I was impressed with the long drives, and sustained offense. Converted a lot of 3rd down plays.

Think John Russ had a strong scrimmage, making great decisions to keep the offense moving. The O Line, was solid, allowing time for passing, and creating holes for the running backs.

We still have to work out some kinks, but I think the SoCon is in for some Bear Down, Beat Downs!!!!

Especially liked the core of receivers. both TE, and WR are running really good routes, be interesting to see how they line up under the depth chart.

Seems like this kid #84 WR can really take the top off the defense as he gets deep a lot.
