I think it's more impressive than many other names on the list since they were playing competition more equal to themselves. The big names, like my alma mater, won how many games against teams that were woefully overmatched?

One thing to keep in mind with our stadium is that the students sit on the same side as the visitors, and let's be real, students generally are responsible for a large portion of crowd noise at most stadiums. Paulson is definitely louder if you are on the field or on the press box side opposite where the students sit. If you are sitting on the visitor/student side near the end zone where the locker rooms are (where many of the opposing team's fan's sit), you won't be taking in as much of the noise.

Having sat on the home side of Paulson and the visitor's side at App, I can say KBS has us beat, but not by a whole lot.

I'm glad SBC fans get to see all the bs the 6 time national champs and FCS top dog have had to deal with all these years. It's not easy being King.

Guys, we're not in the FCS anymore. No need to worry about what NDSU is doing. We just know to never, under any circumstances, schedule them.

My number one reason for getting out of the FCS was to avoid the fluff crap you have to deal with when a program wins a couple of titles and takes advantage of a win at Paulson or wherever to showcase their new found stature. Particularly when having to compete with so many private universities. Most programs win the titles and lose the coach. Funny how that never happened at App. I guess it could have been for other reasons but who knows. Much like the past the new kid will begin their decent. The good news for these guys is that the climb back will be much easier now that GS is gone.

That home winning record is great, right guys.

Having a healthy respect for App is easy, particularly with the likes of GoApp70. Limp wrist like dr. ****head show up and force the mud slinging. I'll refer to Armanti when it comes to playing venues. Ann Arbor failed to make his number one away experience.

yep, we couldn't even make it to the opener, its all good, the hatred is there, but so is the respect, I'll say this, never pulled for GS in my life against anyone except maybe Chatt, but since we have joined the SBC, Ill pull for GS against all OOC games, especially against USA, the better the conference does, the better it is for App

You really do not like South Alabama if you are gone pull for Georgia Southern over them each and every time they play.

And FWIW I was pulling for Southern over Florida last hear as vehemently as I would the Black and Gold. I do respect the Stink. Just can't let this misinformation about Paulson having KBS-level noise go unchallenged.
