Shaun may have been arguably the most exciting QB The Tribe has had during the Laycock era. I am not saying the best (Lang) but with his arm and legs it was hard for a defense to stop W&M especially in the red zone where he would either roll out to pass and could out run defenders or pass, plus hand off to an RB or bootleg for a TD .

RE: Shawn Knight article
Shawn was THE best QB of the Laycock era.

Put him on the 2014 edition of the Tribe, and W&M would be favored to win the NC.

Great player. Made the whole offense better. Loved watching him and that offense.

If he was the QB, Tribe would have beaten JMU in 2004 and Nova in 2009.

Thanks for posting the article!

Those were the days when the Tribe had a great offense that could score a ton and not as strong defense. How times have changed.

A healthy QB who can throw could be the year when both work 02-13-banana
