Who said haase made any sort of choice? Could chad just have wanted out period? So many answers and judgments made without any facts! As for my earlier post about chad missing games and such still holds true because chad was not booted or dismissed. He asked to leave he was granted such. Chads case is actually still pending. What happens if he's cleared and then ends up playing this season boy someone sh$& the bed then huh! Lawwwwsuitttt ex:Dez wells vs Xavier

I see more talk of turnovers which makes me laugh. Riddle me this folks...you get a guy that has only played point guard two years at the juco level and hand him the ball and say run the show...oh by the way play the most minutes of anyone on a team full of guys that couldn't shoot? and expect another outcome? Now don't get me wrong some of those TOs were his carelessness but other times I saw forces to make good things happen. Like it or not more good then bad happened when the ball was in his hands. You wont find a guy on the roster to replace what he was to the squad. I would love to see you guys run the show against Carolina this year! Hahaha

In the same post you say Chad was not booted or dismissed, yet say if he is cleared, he might file a lawsuit. That is a contradiction. What grounds does he have a lawsuit on. He can be dismissed from his scholarship at any time without a reason. And Haase didn't have to wait for the results of the legal proceedings. If he investigated, and got the info, he made his own decision.

Most domestic violence cases are dismissed. That doesn't mean that they didn't happen.

Haase needs to make a statement. Crenshaw needs to get off his ass and do his job. Scarbo needs to get his head out if the SECs ass and write something.

All the info we have is coming from national media who is getting their info from Frazier's brother.

According to Crenshaw, the case was dismissed on June 24 since both parties involved would be moving out of state. It would appear that this has been in the works for well over a month now.

If the case was dismissed then and Haase still wanted him off the team, why did we send him to the skills academy and why was he released over a month later? I wonder if Frazier initiated the release.

It kind of seems like that, doesn't it?

Just because a case is dismissed legally, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Did UAB send him to the skills academy or is that something a player can initiate?

Absolutely true. I very much believe that it happened. Also not sure, who pays the expenses for the players to attend the skills academy but I do know he was there representing UAB as a player.

Maybe there was a penalty imposed by Haase in which the conditions were not met.

Or maybe Haase was forced by those above him to take this action.
