These seem like solid guesses, but I feel that they won't be the home team first in all but the BCS team.

No disrespect to fiu, but outside of recruiting reasons, they need to do better than that. I hope they pull of the U if it's gonna be a south Florida team.

My guesses. I'm not putting dates because I don't know or which day they come out, just teams I think it will be.

San Diego state, Cincinnati, USF, and Duke

My guesses; Memphis, Indiana, Cincinati, UCF, Notre Dame [away], BYU,Tulane, Army/Navy/AF. The way that NIU is spreading this out via the social networks of NIU is pure genius. The anticipation over the next week will be a nice boost to the seaon ticket potentials who will finally see some real progress. Not only does Frazier get "marketing expertise", but so do his hires. Gut reaction -- God I hope you're wrong. As a four-decades long follower of Huskie football, none of these constitute "schedule-palooza." USF has already been a Huskie Stadium opponent. FIU is a football non-entity, San Diego State couldn't beat Eastern Illinois at home last year, and while Kansas State is now a top-ranked program, they've also been in DeKalb.
Please let one or two of the teams be new opponents either for NIU or as a Huskie Stadium visitor.

I wouldn't have any problem with the guesses made by John...but I think we might get better than that. Getting at least one FL school would be great since we're mopping up in recruiting down there. People are going to complain no matter what though.

I agree, I hope it isn't fiu, but I really would have no problem getting an easy win and playing in southern Florida to get one week of easy recruiting down there.

That being said I'd like it to be the U, but if Frazier delivers some solid names outside of fiu like 2 power 5 teams to DeKalb, I'll take one crap game to get the NIU product in Florida every few years.

Don't call it SchedulePalooza if you're going to have FIU on there. FIU doesn't even fit into the criteria he talked about as a top Group of 5 team.

In the many years I have followed Huskie Football it always amazes me how small thinking and undeserving so many people think NIU is. If these teams are announce it will be a giant FLopalooza!
