Rutgers is Getting EXPOSED
Its no way they come back after going down 27-3. Stranger things have happened. Cincy is very much improved. They match up really well with Rutgers.

The Cuse better be ready to play next week--it would help them immensely to give RU a 2nd loss.

I love the arrogance of Cuse fans coming back because we took a huge dump and proved we aren't as good as we have looked and you guys finally got a Big East win for the first time in 2 years. Please we're going to be looking for payback next week and we're gonna start with the team that has most often berated us.

What arrogance are you speaking of? Dont be a sore loser. You sound like .... Besides, I was actually rooting for Rutgers. I'm ticked that you guys blew it and got blown out. I dont know if this will enhance the BE image or not.

WTF you talkin bout Willis? We can't be for our team to beat Rutgers? We are suppossed to kneel down for the NJ Bandwagon?

FYI: I rooted for Cinci even though we (the BE) probably lost our 2nd BCS bowl tonight with Cinci's win. Sometimes you just have to do the right thing. lmfao

Sorry fellas but with the title of the thread and all at the time it kinda seemed like you were just rubbing it in and saying we were still a bad team. Its been a long night here in New Brunswick and I don't foresee it getting much better as the media will now turn on us I'm sure.

Rutgers Did Not Get Exposed
Rutgers did not get "exposed" as the title of this thread says. The Scarlet Knights played a bad game. It can happen to anyone.

Are people saying West Virginia got "exposed" against Louisville or that the Cardinals got "exposed" against Rutgers? Do they claim South Florida was "exposed" against Cincinnati or that Pitt was "exposed" against the Bulls? How about Connecticut getting "exposed" against Syracuse or Pitt being "exposed" against the Huskies?

What it really all comes down to is that any team in the Big East can beat any other team in the Big East on any given gameday.

No - they played the UC Bearcats, which by playing a great game caused Rutgers to play a bad game.

It's funny how UC's defense causes a lot of teams to have "bad games". People claimed that Louisville, South Florida, Virginia Tech and Syracuse had bad games immediately following the game. People even claimed that Pitt played badly, and so did Ohio State despite winning. Cincinnati just shutdown all phases of Rutger's game. It was a great gameplan executed very well. Also, Cincinnati moved the ball at will on Rutgers, and were even calling audibles offensively AND defensively. I was there, and Rutgers fans at the game were actually in shock that UC was calling audibles on the fly and adjusting to their plays. This Cincinnati team has been maturing all year. Heck, if you want to talk about a bad game, you might as well say that West Virginia didn't play well last week, Cincinnati just played badly. What's the difference?
