During the day, she'd go home for lunch, but was out all day. Same thing with other dogs. There was a husky down the street that visited often, even coming in our house to hang out. You people need to lighten up. I'd hate to be a dog these days, which is why I don't have one. Stuck inside all day and out once in awhile only to be contained to a small area or chained to a leash. Unless you live in the country, it is inhumane to have a dog these days.

Most all of my neighbors have invisible fences in their yards. It allows the animal plenty of room to schit up their yards.

Not sure I like invisible fences. Sure, it keeps your dog in the yard but what if some other dog walks up and threatens you your dog? Your dog would be SOL because he couldn't get away while the other dog could go whereve he wants. Of course, all this is moot if your dog just kicks the intruder's a$$.

I'd love to move to the country too but my wife is totally against it. She loves our house (I like it too except when something needs fixing) but I'd rather live in the country. Or someplace without HOAs they are a pain. I had to store my fifth wheel because I couldn't keep it on the side of the house. It was expensive, so I sold it, to the realtor that sold us our house. Irony.
