Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I am getting ready to move to Charlotte in August so the summer has been pretty hectic. To update on Cybes. I attended his 70th Bday bash last month and am scheduled to appear at his house for a cookout next week or the week after. I'll give him a call and let him know all of you were thinking about him!

Another note, you may be wondering how I know a 70yr old Huskie when I myself am only 24. Cybes opened up his home to me after I just graduated and moved to the burbs. I lived with him for 3 months while I got situated in adult life. He really is a fantastic guy with a genuine love for all things Huskies. It was awesome hearing some of his insights about Huskies History. Turned out he used to work with my grandfather for the highway department here in Lombard. It was kind of a nice small world moment.

Anyway, Just thought I would officially check in.

Tell him we miss him posting.

I thought you were his bastard child that he had out of wedlock. Cybes hooked up with someone at a huskie football game and you were created. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

It's good to know he's doing ok. Cybes is a good guy. He is kind of lost without this wife & misses her terribly. They met at NIU I believe.
Very nice of him to open his home to you. Good luck in Charlotte.
