How bout as long as it's not that pile of crap that guy has on his wordpress, we'll be good. I'm pretty certain I could get my 14 year old cousin to free hand a better design than what those were.

Nah, the head to toe blue jumpsuit isn't the right shade of blue. That's more Citadel-style.

A follow up email sent out to ETSU:

To everyone in the ETSU community,

The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced today that we will be hosting a press conference on July 23rd to launch a new visual identity and branding initiative for the Buccaneers’ program.

The event, which is set for 5 to 6:30 p.m. inside the Carnegie Hotel’s Grand Soldiers Ballroom, will be highlighted by the unveiling of several new visual elements for the ETSU athletics program and the opportunity for fans to purchase new licensed Buccaneer apparel. We would like to invite all ETSU students, faculty, and staff to join us at this exciting event.

While specific images and announcements will be revealed on July 23rd, we can say that football, basketball, and baseball will play a major role in the event. We hope to see each of you there.

It does look ECU's old logo and the helmets look at WVU.

They spent thousands of dollars and who knows how many hours and that is the best they could come up with? I am in the wrong line of work. Plus how many thousands of dollars are the going to have to spend to replace the old logo on everything? Big time waste of money.

I dont understand the point of coming up with a new athletics logo if they're not going to use it anywhere. Atleast put it in center court, everything has the E logo

The cheerleaders will like it, Give me an E... What does that spell? lol
