Not so fast. Rutgers can still be in the BCS championship. There's plenty of football left and they have 3 more games to make statements.

Hate to say it but RU has zero shot at the title game. They will get a big jump this week but they will not pass numerous 1 loss teams in the human polls at least. Obviously some would have to lose later on but still wouldn't enough unless nearly everyone took another L.

Wait and see, we should not assume, you especially should know this.............

The WV EErs will be back, no way does Rutgers beat them in Morgantown.
They are a proven BCS conf team from the past, Louisville is not..They go 11-1 cand proudly represent us in the BCS.....

This is not Conference USA, this is the
Big East..........

How long before one of the big boys hires Schianno away.

My guess is MIAMI.

Why not? Unless Cincinnati pulls off the upset West Virginia will be in the Top 10. I doubt Louisville will fall out of the Top 10. And Rutgers should bolt into the Top 10.

On a side note, good to see steve finally come right out and say he's not a Big East fan, now maybe he'll finally be banned.

Sorry Wilkie, it won't happen. Rutgers will jump into the top 10 - where remains to be seen. But WVU will move up at least one spot after beating Cincinnati, and Louisville should come in around #10. The BEast has shown this season that they are top to bottom the most balanced conference in the nation. The rest of the nation can just eat crow. I've got the perfect spice combo for it too. 05-stirthepot

Rutgers will be about 11 or 12, WVU will be about 9, UL will be about 10-11. Three teams on the cusp of the top 10, probably 2 in it.

As for me, i'm a USF fan - which is what i've always claimed to be. The Big East? I'll be a fan when it proves itself vs. other top conferences.

Don't be surprised when the BCS Rankings come out Sunday that you have 2 Big East teams in the Top 12.

It will come down to how far UofL falls and Rutgers moves up. The Computers are going to love Rutgers this Sunday it is up to the Human Poll to see what will happen.
