#1. Louisiana 30x54 making it the largest in the Sun Belt at 1620 sq/ft.
#2. stAte 32x50 making it slightly smaller but may look bigger at 1600 sq/ft.
#3. Troy at 1250 sq/ft?

RE: Video Boards?
Our 1,250 sq foot board won't be our main board... Once the end zone complex is complete we will have another new board installed which will be the main one.

We will also still use our old board till the 2nd new one is installed.

RE: Video Boards?
It has been stated that stAte's board is 1725 SF, and the Cajuns' board is 1720 SF. Mohajir requested the largest board in the Sun Belt. That obviously won't last long.

Our new expansion was supposed to be wired for them, but we are not installing any at the current time. Hopefully that won't be too far down the road.

Please don't speak on things you nothing about. There is a good possibility that both new boards will be the same size. It is also undecided whether the old board will remain. I personally hope it does for the 10% that won't be able to view the new board.

I think I'll have a beer.

ASU Requested a larger board when you guys got a larger board. We're 1625 square feet now.

I didn't say the other new board would be bigger. Thanks for jumping my bones tho.
I would expect the 2nd video board to be around the same to look proportional.

As for the tearing down of the old board I don't see a
Reason why they would tear it down. It's not in the way, and they arnt breaking ground on the end zone building just yet. And your right 10% of the stadium wouldn't be able to see the new board they are about to install.

Right now ULM's is the biggest and the best. Hail to the King until y'all's are built. Ours won't be the biggest anymore, but still is very nice. New pro-play turf is looking great too. Construction on field house will begin within the next nine months. Love the SBC venues getting improvements. Congrats to everyone!

Yep ours only 850 or so but it is a big improvement over what we had before. I guess with the 2nd deck and the Football Operations Building going up we didn't have the coin for a bigger one.

1250 sq ft board + 1800 sq ft ribbon

3,050 total sq ft and if Troy will round up like stAte and ULL we can just call it an even 4,000!!

RE: Video Boards?
Glad to see other Sun Belt schools making improvements/facility upgrades.

We are new to this type of 'arms race," but we clearly have a ways to go. Our basketball facility is probably one of the worst in the Sun Belt. If we can ever get a good basketball program moving in the right direction our facility has to be addressed. Baseball-wise we have a nice facility and it, according to Commissioner Benson when he was visiting a couple of months ago, is one of the top 4 baseball facilities in the conference. Softball-wise our facility is nothing to brag about. We are at least getting our football field/facility upgraded to the point it looks like it is a Sun Belt level facility.

stAte has its main video board, and then there are various 32" boards scattered in dorm rooms around campus. That brings us up to 32,000 sq feet.

RE: Video Boards?
Speaking of facilities what would be the top 4 basketball facilities in the Sun Belt? I have only been to Ga. State's and know what ours is like so I feel confident in saying Ga. Southern and Ga. State are not in this list.
