Yeah, been awhile. I assume you spend very little time on the AAC board these days, and I rarely come over to this board. Good luck to all the new ACC teams. I'd love for UCF to get an ACC invite but there's no more room at the table and UCF doesn't bring enough value to the table yet. Oh and FSU and Miami wouldn't care for us being in their conference i'm sure. Anyways, good luck to all the old BEast teams. Give em hell.

OU = Oklahoma. Why does that matter? And I've never liked FSU. As a kid I used to watch/listen to Bobby Bowden's Uncle Cornpone imitation. Good coach, just a pita to listen to.

Now this is the other part of that. Whenever I see someone jump on a long time poster who is a fan of a former school, I have to remind them that WE were the originators of this board (and the realignment board which was initially a part of the Big East forum).

As I said I still regularly chat there because outside of the insane realignment board, it is the most active board, and helps me pass the time while calling people. But I do find it funny seeing fans of teams who have yet to even play a game in the AAC telling someone who is a fan of Georgetown, Pitt, UofL, etc that they need to "go back to their own board." Comical really.

you might see more of me here because I forgive my hometown bc eagles and also their hc steve adazio went to my almamater ccsu and I took a philosophy class with him

they wanted me to play football so bad BACK IN THE 80'S, but I couldn't cause I got MS. I used to work out in the weight room it was intermixed with students an players. so they noticed me cause I was strong back in the day..

bc is back with my boy adazzio, he a local kid fr nearby conn, he took bc too a bowl his first year, to be honest I grew up a BC fan, cause I was born an raised in mass, married a conn girl an lived there 11 yrs, now I'm back.

nd has that acc 5 team agreement, so you'll see them, but they had that with the big east an didn't stick to it, should be same ole nd with the acc, they might play 3 teams lol.

Just so you know I support West Virginia, Cincinnati and UConn as possible future ACC members.

yea acc had a great year last year finally it took him 10 years. all my friends were mad at me because I lost interest in BC and became more of a Connecticut fan. now that my boy Steve Adazzio who i went to college with
is the head coach of BC I became a fan again. I finally forgave them for leaving the Big East lol.

Petrino is a great coach you you guys will dominate the acc.uconn it a natural fit for the ACC I think West Virginia and Cincy should be in the big 12.it ain't over yet expansion you gotta see the big 12 expanding taken two teams. Cinc, byu.

The ACC without Connecticut and Cincinnati is:

Temple
Navy
East Carolina
South Florida
Central Florida
Memphis
Tulane
Tulsa
SMU
Houston

Best in Basketball
1) Temple has not done much lately and may never return to glory days.
2) Memphis best of the AAC, but could fade as well.
3) Houston same as Temple.
4) SMU hot now but will fade away soon.

Best in Football
1) East Carolina can be strong some years but cannot maintain at a high level every year.
2) Central Florida had a good 2013 team. Question is will they maintain this level or will they faded away again?
3) Houston is always an up and down program that could fade away again!

Conclusion, if Connecticut and Cincinnati are raided, the AAC will be in deep dodo, because they are the AAC's flagship programs!
