The power 5 aren't deserving to be called the power 5 & all of the other programs in the division deserve to be treated equally.

A good list, but it will also have to be divided again by fans bases. All that really matters for inclusion into the Power 5 is that you put fannies in the seats, especially the expensive ones. And that you have big money donors.
So Arkansas, Ole Miss & Va. Tech get a pass.
There are more in the list with the financial backing, I'm sure.

Kentucky needs to be on that list. They lost to WKU twice in a row recently. Of course I'm speaking of football only. They certainly deserve to be in a top basketball conference somewhere.
Ole Miss had the #1 recruiting class last year (football) and is on the rise. They should get a pass for that.

Regarding recruiting -- If a major team is recognized as having Top 5 recruiting classes for 5 years, it means they have signed between 125 (25 per year for 5 years) and 150 top HS &/or JUCO players (most schools oversign). In September 2014, that school must have cut that list to 85 by cutting 40 to 75 players from the squad by whatever means necessary ("grayshirt", "red shirt", encouraged to transfer, attend school on their own money, drop out of the program and the school, etc.) Multiply that 40-75 by the number of schools and you have a large number of players that we may never hear from again.
