UTEP: Julian Washburn and Vincent Hunter are terrific up front, and a couple of talented freshmen arrive in Chris Sandifer and Omega Harris.

UAB: There is plenty of hype about Va Tech transfer Robert Brown and frosh William Lee, but Chad Frazier and C.J. Washington also return.

Old Dominion: This could be a sleeper. Nearly everyone returns, including Aaron Bacote, plus they add transfers Trey Freeman and Jonathan Arledge.

But do they know that Chad Frazier is in trouble?

Remember when we used to get upset when we were called a mid major, but now are happy when we get publicity as a mid major.

They probably do not know.

Since there has been no action by team - the "studying" phase should have been over a month ago. I am sure we are following our coach's NC training.

More important there appears to be no action by administration/student government - I beginning to think Frazer will make it back unless a criminal action is taken

Who said anyone was happy?

I'm not happy about being called that. Frazier is also innocent until proven guilty.

We are a mid major now though. That name has a lot to do with your conference, and we are no longer in a high major conference in my opinion.

Using that standard. I guess you agree that Frazer will play unless the criminal justice system goes after him.

For student/administrative hearing its simply the preponderance (51%) of evidence with minimal due process,

All of my coaches it was whatever the coaches wanted to believe or even publically wanted to admit- no evidence needed or ignored for star(by some coaches). Since I was not a star my butt was whipped or stadium steps even if only my friends were involved.

Fraizer is only innocent until proven guilty in the CJ system. If the coaches have evidence. That he did something wrong prior to the court date, then they should take action beforehand. Not being prosecuted in the legal system does not mean you are innocent.

How do we know they have or have not already taken action? They are not going to make that public. I would like to think that our coaching staff will do the right thing until they prove me wrong.

The right thing is also not a defined thing here. It doesn't appear that chad is going to be kicked off at this point, but that doesn't mean the staff hasn't done anything.

It is possible that he is innocent.
If so, the damage done by inaccurate claims cannot be undone easily.

I would think the longer it takes for something to come out (or not) the better the chance that he will stay on the team.

So if he is "innocent", do you think the "victim" should lose her scholarship for filing a false charge? Especially against a star of a revenue producing sport?

Perhaps part of Frazier's punishment is having to "twist in the wind" awaiting the staff's final decision later this summer. Have any new FACTS and / or legal proceedings been revealed to the public regarding the case since the first reports came out?

Not familiar with who is accusing.

You know, there are good reasons that things like this get tried in a court, oh I dunno, actual evidence and stuff?

The court of public opinion can be pretty damn ignorant.
