Directors cup
We will finish with 350 points as the track team contributed 86.5 this weekend. Unfortunately our women's team had two ninth place finishes today. Pretty nice performance but only the top eight earn points. We were the best in the MAC with Akron being second with 294.5. Had we not won the MAC baseball championship game we still would have won but only by 325 to 319.5. That was a pretty important game for this competition. Looks like we will finish in the high 60's in Division I. We will know for sure when they post the final standings soon after the CWS.

RE: Directors cup
I think overall that is still a very high number though we seem to do well traditionally in this area. I think we have been number one in this since I can find stats for it in the 90s.

RE: Directors cup
All the points are in except for baseball. I added those in by hand and since none of the final games will change Kent's position, it looks like we will finish 62nd in the country. Not too bad for all the complaining we have done (myself included). The only non major conference teams ahead of them were BYU, Princeton, Harvard, New Mexico, Dartmouth, San Diego st., Cornell and Columbia. Notice five Ivy League schools finished ahead of them. I probably made a math error or two but this has to be fairly close.
